Dear friends and family of Putney Global Awareness in Action students:
As the Global Awareness in Action groups head into their final week in-country, we are excitedly preparing for their arrival at Yale on Thursday. Below are the details of the presentation location and time, as well information about the picnic, and pick up location at the end of the program. Please note that this information has been updated in your Digital Locker, and that more information about how to get there, where to stay, and other useful things are in your Digital Locker as well.
The final presentations will be held on Saturday, July 27th in the Sudler Auditorium (room 201) in the William L. Harkness Hall atYale University, 100 Wall Street, New Haven, CT.
All Global Action students will attend all of the presentations, and we encourage you to do so as well! Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so that we can keep to our tight schedule; your child will meet you there. The presentations are each about one hour long and will take place at the following times:
12:30 PM Welcome
1:00 PM India
3:00 PM Rwanda
5:00 PM Cambodia
The presentations will be followed by a picnic for families and the entire Global Action community on Yale’s Luce Lawn around 6:45 PM. We hope you will join us!
While at Yale, Global Action students will be housed in the Timothy Dwight residence hall, Yale University, 345 Temple Street, New Haven, CT. This is where students should be picked up on Sunday, July 28th, between 9am and 12 noon.
