Hello!

We have just wrapped up our training session here in the lovely little mountain town of Putney, in southern Vermont, where we have been blessed with the beautiful sunshine of the East Coast summer! This weekend has been a wonderful opportunity for growth and learning, thanks in great part to the amazing group of leaders we were surrounded by. We participated in numerous educational workshops and seminars related to this upcoming summer’s excursions. We were joined by past leaders as well as new ones with a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences, who shared their expertise and knowledge with us. The discussions were thoughtful and we are embarking on our journeys with new perspectives and with plenty of new ideas to share with our students. Neerav has been busy making preparations on the ground over in India so that everything is all set for our arrival at the end of June. We have been actively coordinating everything for this summer together and we are getting super excited that we can officially start counting down the days until the adventure begins! We can’t wait to meet all of you—each with your own unique skills and interests to bring to our Putney family!

We recommend that our students take the next three weeks as an opportunity to learn as much about India and the Rajasthan region as possible. The more you know, the more the country will come alive when we finally set foot there!
